Background
George joined the Employer’s Consultative Association of Malawi (ECAM) in January, 2019. He has over 25 years experience in human resources and general management that was acquired whilst working in the public sector in Malawi. Prior to joining ECAM, he worked for the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) for 5 years as the Director of Administration up to 2017. He also worked as Director of Administration and Finance for Malawi Institute of Education (MIE) for 7 years.
