Background: Munthali joined ECAM in 2006 first as an intern, then as Industrial Relations Specialist, then as Deputy Executive Director, and since 2012 in his current role. He holds an LLM from the University of Malawi and a BCOM from the University of South Africa. Since 2015 he has been a Member of the Tripartite Labour Advisory Council of Malawi.
